Confirm details
Confirm the details of your party such as date, time and number of guests. Please note, numbers are limited to 10 children and 20 adults. Additional guests incur an extra cost.

Silver Party Package
If you already have a party theme in mind and just need a venue to bring it to life, our silver package could be the perfect choice.

This package includes:
a 90 minute hire of the venue
up to 10 children and 20 adults
additional children incur an extra cost of $20 per child. We can allow a maximum of 12 children at your party.
Please note, this package does not include a Te Manawa party host, decorations or activities.

Gold Party Package
Stressed about planning the perfect party? Let us do it for you! Our gold party package is the ultimate choice if you’d like to host a fun party for your guests - but without the stress!

Our gold party package includes:
90 minute hire of the venue
A choice of party theme (Dinosaur Deluxe, Treasure Hunt, or Tiny Toddler)
An activity led by a Te Manawa party host based on your party theme
Party decorations (banners, balloons, etc.)
Up to 10 children and 20 adults may attend as guests under this package
Additional children incur an extra cost of $20 per child. We can allow a maximum of 12 children at your party.

Decorations
All gold party packages include decorations. However, if you would prefer to use your own decorations you can either:
have us set these up for you (please deliver to Te Manawa 48 hours prior to your party)
or pop in to decorate the space yourself

Terms & Conditions

Please note, the completion of our enquiry form does not constitute a confirmed booking. You will receive written confirmation once a room and a host has been booked.

Upon confirmation of your booking, a 50% deposit is required. This must be paid at least one week prior to the party date.

Cancellations more than 48 hours prior to party are eligible for a 100% refund
Cancellations less than 48 hours prior to party will receive a 50% refund

Please ensure you and your guests arrive on time. Refunds and discounts for lateness will not be given.
If you require set up time prior to the party, please discuss this at the time of booking.
