Te Manawa welcomes home‑based educators in Palmerston North to join us for our 2026 Home‑based Educator Mornings.

These drop‑in sessions will run on the last Thursday of each month until November, from 10am – 11am.

The mornings offer an opportunity for home‑based educators, with up to five tamariki in their care, to take part in a variety of learning programmes facilitated by our educators. Sessions will be held in different spaces across the museum, including the Water Room, Dino Dig, and Biodiversity Garden.

There is no need to book — just bring yourselves and get ready for a morning of exploration and curiosity.
