Embroidered fabric says "Suffragist"
Find out about the links between Suffragettes and the NCW and hear about some of the activities of the NCW in the Manawatū. Discover Manawatū suffragette signatory Eleanor Collis as family members share reminiscences about her.
Former mayor Jill White and the present deputy mayor Aleisha Rutherford will give commentary on the influence of the NCW in their public roles. There will be time to ask questions, and at the close you will be asked for your suggestions via Post-it notes, on what you would like to see the NCW doing in the Manawatū.
Refreshments will be available.
