Te Manawa is a leader and innovator of multidisciplinary museum practice and is seeking a highly motivated Team Leader with Project Management experience for our dynamic Exhibitions Team with the vision and expertise to make a significant contribution to the future of this exciting cultural institution.

This position is responsible for leading the team with designing, developing, constructing and installing exhibitions at Te Manawa. It will require project management, leadership, analysis and feedback of exhibitions, as well as a diverse range of networking and communications skills.

Job requirements:
• Tertiary qualification in management/project management or significant, relevant experience;
• Proven track record of effective project management;
• Experience in leadership and development of a team;
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with a diverse range of people;
• Experience within a creative environment preferred.
