BODY IN ACTION ON NOW!

 Body in Action: The show that puts your body to the test

BODY IN ACTION TEACHER RESOURCE (0.05MB) 

A large colourful, highly interactive exhibition that allows participants to explore the awe and wonder of our bodies.

REEL EARTH SCHOOLS PROGRAMME

This year's Programme weaves together three themes: 

1. Water (the theme of this year's festival),
2. Young people making a difference,
3. Environmental initiatives in Aotearoa.

All films in the programme focus on two of those themes and some have all three.

4 JUNE - 14 June @ Te Manawa 

Reel Earth is an international competitive environmental film festival bringing the best of new international and NZ films to Palmerston North each year. The Reel Earth Schools Programme draws on child appropriate, topical films from the current festival, is presented by a Reel Earth professional educator, and supported by an activity run by Te Manawa educators. Reel Earth also runs the EF-Factor, a short enviro film competition for school children which is open til Friday 7 June - details of this can be found on the Reel Earth website

Schools will be invoiced on return of the loan kit, for the length of time it was borrowed. These prices do not include transport. If a school cannot collect/return a loan kit, we will courier it to the school. A charge for this will be added to the invoice.

Please return the kits promptly, as another school may be waiting for them. We expect some wear and tear on the kits but there will be a fee for loss or unreasonable damage. Please fill in the evaluation form included in the kit. This helps us to assess whether or not the kits are meeting your needs.
