After a short introduction covering kite variations, construction methods and materials used, and the observation of tikanga (customs and traditions), students make their own kites.

- Design and construct a Manu Tukutuku using traditional materials and methods

- Year 4 - Adult
- Programme Duration:
Between 1 1/2 - 2 hours depending on age.
- Special Requirements:
- Students will work in pairs. Subject to availability of materials.
