Kitchen Chemistry
Students will carry out a number of experiments using common household products. Exploding the top off a film canister containing a mixture of baking soda and vinegar is always popular! By careful observation and discussion they will learn some of the chemistry behind the reactions. Programmes available include: Lip Balms and Bath Bombs (Cosmetic Chemistry), Density, and Fizzing and Foaming and Hot and Cold. We can bring Kitchen Chemistry to you.
